The 8-week Recovery Program will begin with education and resources aimed at providing you with a solid understanding of the principles behind neuroplasticity, somatic healing, and other relevant psychological tools.
This may include learning about the brain's capacity to change and adapt; the mind-body connection and how certain practices can promote long term healing and recovery.
2. Personal Attention to your Specific Needs:
This program is tailored to your specific needs and challenges. This could involve individual assessments to identify areas of focus, goal-setting exercises, and personalized recommendations for utilizing these techniques in your daily life with success.
3. Implementation & Application:
You'll learn practical techniques and strategies for implementing these principles and methods in your daily life when you most need them for your chronic pain symptoms or anxiety.
This involves mindfulness practices, neuroplastic behavioral techniques, somatic relaxation exercises and other methods designed to promote mental, neurological and emotional well-being.

Because of this, I enhanced my field of study and practice and became a Specialist in the Healing Methods and Treatments for Mind Body Medicine, Stress Illness, Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUS) and other Psychophysiological Disorders (PPD).
